AJK’sDoor Latch has been meticulously engineered to ensure a secure lock by employing a snap-together mechanism. The installation process is straightforward: simply utilize our Tube Hinge as the hinge point and weld our Door Latch at the opposite end of the tube. These latches are specifically designed to securely lock in place, with the two components having a precise .003-inch interference fit. This design allows the latch to effortlessly snap closed and remain securely shut while remaining easy to open when needed. Additionally, we provide a 3/8-inch ball lock pin to further ensure the door remains securely closed.

We offer two distinct options to cater to your needs:

1. Tubing Diameter: You can choose between two tubing diameters: 1.50 inches and 1.75 inches, depending on your application.

2. Tubing Wall Thickness: Additionally, you have the choice between two tubing wall thicknesses: .095 inches or .120 inches, allowing you to select the ideal combination for your specific requirements.
